  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. For hygienic reasons, earrings that have been worn are non-returnable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized earrings, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
